My Horsez Time (MHT)
My Horsez time is based on the CET time zone. On My Horsez, we refer to this as My Horsez Time (MHT).

Passage of time
One login day equals one month on My Horsez. Every day you log in, your horses age by one month. Therefore, twelve login days equal one year on My Horsez.
Daily reset
My Horsez is offline for one hour each day to allow the horses in the game to age and for automated processes to run. This occurs between 07:00 and 08:00 MHT. During this time, you will not be able to access My Horsez.
Active start of the day
When you open the game for the first time since the rollover, you will be asked whether you would like to start a new day. Once you start a new day (by claiming the daily gift), you will have access to the entire game, your horses will age, and your game will progress.
If you choose not to start a new day, your account will remain 'frozen'. Nothing will change and your horses will not age. Your gift will simply remain available until your next login day. If you choose not to start a new day, you will not be able to access the game. However, you will still be able to visit our forums, blogs, wiki, ServiceDesk and mailbox. The game will be waiting for you until you’re ready!
To maintain your login sessions in the statistics, it is important that you start a new day. Otherwise, the game will not register it as a login session.
A daily gift can, for example, be coins or a bonus item. Beginning players will receive some bigger gifts at the beginning to help them get started. For beginners, these gifts will replace the former daily beginner bonus coins in your first days at the game.
Effects on your horse if you don’t log in
- Ageing: your horses will not age.
- Food and water: your horse will not loose health due to hunger or thirst. The hunger and thirst can decrease a little up to 24 hours after you last claimed your daily gift, but this does not affect your horse.
- Illness and dying: your horse can't get sick or die.
- Hooves, coat and mane: the mane length will be frozen, and the hooves, coat and mane stats will not decrease (to 0%) during the next rollover.
- Brushes: brushes wear whenever any player grooms your horse, regardless of whether you started your day. However, if you actively started a new day the previous day, the mane and coat will have been set to 0% during rollover.
- Pregnancies: pregnancies do not progress, with one exception that if your mare is borrowed as a broodmare and the borrower has breeding rights, the pregnancy progresses based on their activity, not yours.
- Items with limited days: don't loose days when you don't start a new day.
Note: When your horse is loaned out and the borrower of the horse has started their day while you did not, decoration and barn buddies will still loose a day even though you yourself did not actively start the day. So when your horse is on loan: barn buddies and decoration will wear when either you or the borrower has started their day.
