Deactivate your account
If you wish to deactivate your account, you can do so using the userpanel. Deactivating your account is irreversible, so make sure to think about this decision thoroughly! If you, at a later moment in time, would like to gain access back to your account, you can request to have your account reactivated by contacting
info@myhorsez.com.
If you don’t want to stop playing My Horsez but would like to start over, it is also possible to choose an account reset. You can find more information about that
here (click).
When your account gets reactivated, it is automatically reset.
